Order Processing Time
All orders are verified, packed, and processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your package leaves our warehouse, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We utilize premium air freight services to ensure timely delivery. The carriers utilized for each shipping tier are as follows:

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon arrival, depending on the regulations of your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be borne entirely by the customer. OBLYSTEP does not collect, manage, or cover these fees.
