Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a 100% full refund, your item must be returned in its original condition:
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached. Items showing visible signs of wear (such as dirt, stains on clothing, or visible scuffs on shoe soles) do not meet our standard return criteria and may be rejected or subject to a partial refund up to 50% based on evaluation.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original eco-friendly packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with a specific, localized return address and detailed shipping instructions.
Localized Return Warehouses
To provide the most efficient service, we offer localized return processing to eliminate return shipping fees, extra tariffs, or surcharges for our global customers.

  • Europe: Processed via our designated European warehouse.

  • Asia: Processed via our designated China central warehouse.
Important Note: Customers must ship the return to the specific local warehouse authorized by our support team. If an item is shipped to an incorrect destination outside the authorized local country, any additional international shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damages, Defects & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable & Exempt Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization policies:
  1. Customized Products: Personalized items or special custom orders.
  2. Intimate Apparel: Used personal or intimate items (such as underwear and brassieres) that have come into direct skin contact.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank, credit card company, or PayPal to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@oblystep.com.
